Listen to the stimulus and select the colored bar that best matches how loud you thought the sound was.
Use the bars that have labels and the bars in between that do not have labels.
Make each choice based on that sound alone and try not to let the sound you heard before influence your choice.
You may hear the same sound more than once, so it is okay to make the same choice, such as choosing "Loud" twice in a row.
Remember, you are judging the loudness of the sound, not the pitch.
There are no right or wrong answers. What matters is how you perceived the sound.
qCLS Control
Nothing is presented above this level. Lower it for a
listener with reduced tolerance. It is also lowered
automatically, by 5 dB, each time "Too Loud" is reported,
and never raised during a run.
Leave any frequency blank if it was not measured. Blanks fall
back to the population distribution for that band rather than
to a guess. Check the units: the prior was fitted against
dB SPL, so mislabeled dB HL shifts the low frequencies.
