SYSRES is a program capable of playing and simultaneously recording two channels at rates up 48 kHz and display the recorded stimulus graphically. In addition, SYSRES is able to perform synchronous averaging of a stimulated response such as distortion product otoacoustic emission (DPOAE). SYSRES requires a high-quality sound card for stimulus generation and synchronous averaging, such as CardDeluxe from Digital Audio Labs.
